Last Tuesday night we were talking about how the choices we daily face are not about right and wrong, but life and death. That sounds a little dramatic don’t you think? Well, living in the story of God is what shifts the question…

Psalm 20:7
7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

Chariots and horses are not right or wrong, get some if you want. Just don’t trust them to save you from eventual death. Incomplete things can’t complete you. So what can support your desire to find life?
God: the author and giver of life.
Jesus: who defeats death with life.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

In God’s story we get to ask: “Is this going to lead me to the life I know God created me for or is it just another dead end?”
Trusting God will be the difference between life and death today.

Happy Wednesday,
Adam,
Let me know if you need anything.
