You ever not know what to do?
It’s hard.
It’s really hard to think through what you want.
It’s really, really hard to start figuring out how to get what you want.
It’s super hard to stick with it when what you want seems to be slipping away.
Most of us are allergic to failure, so the higher the risk, the more confused you get about what you really want.
Now you’re back to not knowing what to do.
Everything from: “Should I eat at Panda Express or Chick-fil-A,” to “What should I do with my life?”
Somebody just tell me what should I do?
I was feeling it the other day before this old Proverb came to mind.
Trust in the Lord with all you heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Stop. Re-read that. Think about each part of it.
The proverb didn’t tell me what to do, but it helped. Reminded me that as I do my best to move forward and trust God today, tomorrow I will look back and acknowledge that the path was made straight for me.
I don’t always know what to do, but I know who to trust.
Be encouraged.
Adam
