This summer we have been watching the History channel’s “Bible” series. We stop the DVR about once every 5 minutes to explain what is happening to the kids. Questions during a movie would normally be really irritating… but it’s not with this series. The conversation is nice, it feels like we are going through an old photo album tracing our connection to ancient brothers and sisters in the faith. I think the kids are catching on to the fact that I am not just imagining myself in the story, but that we are actually still in this story.

We are the people who trust in God more than what we see around us, people of faith.

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.” Heb. 12:2-3

Glad to be in this chapter of the story with you all,

Adam
